Users represent and warrant that all links provided (GitHub repositories, design artifacts, live web applications) constitute their genuine work or accurately disclose collaborative involvement. Misrepresentation, plagiarism, or impersonation results in immediate and permanent expulsion.
Vanity handles are allocated upon approved profile publication. Handles that have been publicly assigned to an active profile are retired upon account lapse and are never recycled to other members, safeguarding personal brand identity.
MyCV.im operates solely as a discovery directory and charges zero placement commissions. Any agreements, contracts, or employment terms arranged between recruiters and candidates are solely between those parties. MyCV.im bears no liability for contractual disputes or compensation agreements.
Recruiter access and talent searches are subject to fair use limits. Bulk automated data scraping, unsolicited mass spam, or candidate harassment is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of recruiter privileges.
